A Four Seasons Motel on Beautiful Lake Gogebic, Michigan
Catering to the Outdoor Sportsman
Walleye Lodge is located one mile west of Bergland, Michigan, and overlooks beautiful Lake Gogebic.
Lake Gogebic consist of prime fishing waters, teeming with walleye, northern, smallmouth bass, and jumbo perch. This is perhaps the finest walleye lake in Michigan. Walleye season opens in May, and remains good-to-excellent throughout most of the summer.
Deer, bear and ruffed grouse abound in this near-wilderness forestland, making the area a hunter's paradise.
The lodge is located within 30 miles of major ski hills, including the famous Porcupine Mountains, whose beauty attracts both skiers and tourists.
With the onset of winter, miles of groomed trails greet enthusiastic snowmobilers. Walleye Lodge is particularly busy during the snowmobiling and ice-fishing season, so reservations need to be made well in advance.
